Earthshake Recording Rig is ready to go!

Finally! The live/on location recording  rig is ready to be put to the test. 16 channel Pro Tools setup (with HD upgrade), quality mics including Shure, Joe Meek, AKG. Packages can be arranged to suit your budget for "on location" studio sessions but for the next 2 months the special on Live recording is:  $300 to turn up - set up - record show - mix and master recording (in my studio, allow 2 days) and you'll have a live album ready for pressing!*

Live Recording Up and Away!

 The first LIVE recording was a success with the mix sounding really good so far! The show was FANGS at the Old Bar in Johnstone Street Melbourne and it rocked pretty hard make sure you check them out! Tracks will be up soon people!

Almost hit a brick wall!

 1. Bought a Presonus Firestudio Tube - one of the tube channels not working! 2. Take back and replaced with new one - take home, test, firewire keeps dropping out every 2 mins! 3. Take back and get M-Audio 2626 - Works for 5 mins then wont connect to multiple computers. By now getting very VERY mad!
4. Take back and replace with Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56 - Finally! Amazing piece of gear, the liquid pre's are the bomb, highly recommended!

The Earthshake Audio portable recording set-up is nearly complete, soon we'll be recording live bands every weekend - stay tuned!
